Course Curriculum
Beginner Level - 40 hours
For those who have never sold online before. From zero to a functional store with products, payments, and first orders. No technical experience required.
The Battle Plan (What do you sell and to whom?)
Before you open a store, you need to know what to put on the shelf.
What we'll do: You will define your niche, target audience, and analyze the competition. Together we'll choose the right platform for you (WooCommerce, Shopify, or another) and you'll understand the real costs of an online store.
Your result: You will have a clear plan: what you sell, to whom, on which platform, and how much it costs to get started.
The Store Foundation (Installation and setup)
Like renting a commercial space and putting your sign on the door.
What we'll do: You install the platform, choose a domain (.ro or .com), configure your business information, currency, language, and basic settings. Everything step by step, with screenshots and guidance.
Your result: Your online store exists! It has a name, a domain, and is ready to receive products.
The Perfect Storefront (Design and appearance)
First impressions matter. Customers decide in 3 seconds whether to stay or leave.
What we'll do: We choose a professional theme, configure colors, logo, banners, and navigation menu. We learn the basic principles of design that sells: clear, clean, with visible buttons.
Your result: Your store will look professional, with a homepage that catches attention and an easy-to-navigate menu.
The Store Shelves (Categories and products)
A store without products is like a bookshop without books.
What we'll do: We create logical categories, add the first 10-20 products with titles that sell, descriptions that convince, professional photos (even with your phone), and correct pricing. We also learn about variants (size, color).
Your result: Your store will have real products, organized by categories, with photos and descriptions that make the customer click "Add to Cart."
The Cash Register (Online payments)
If the customer can't pay, you don't have a sale.
What we'll do: We integrate the payment processor (Stripe, PayU, Netopia). We set up card payment, cash on delivery, and bank transfer. We test the entire process: from cart to "Order Confirmed!"
Your result: Your customers can pay by card securely. You will have gone through the entire payment process both as a customer and as an administrator.
The Package Ships (Delivery and courier)
Order placed! And now... how does it reach the customer?
What we'll do: We integrate courier companies (FAN Courier, Sameday, DPD). We configure delivery zones, rates, package weights, and automatic waybill generation. We also learn about the pickup point option.
Your result: For each order, your store will automatically generate the courier waybill and the customer will receive a tracking link.
Receipts and Invoices (Legal compliance and documents)
Tax authorities don't joke around. Let's be compliant from the start.
What we'll do: We set up automatic invoicing (SmartBill, Oblio, or FGO), add terms and conditions, return policy, privacy policy, and GDPR compliance. We learn what legal obligations you have as an online seller in Romania.
Your result: Your store will automatically issue invoices for each order and will be 100% legally compliant.
The Megaphone (Your first customers)
The store is ready, but nobody knows about it. Yet.
What we'll do: We learn the basics of SEO (to appear on Google), create a Facebook/Instagram page for your store, and launch your first paid advertising campaign with a small budget ($10-20) to see how it works.
Your result: Your store will start appearing on Google, have a social media presence, and you will have launched your first paid ad.
The Dashboard (Orders, inventory, customers)
You need to know what's happening in your store at any moment.
What we'll do: We learn to manage orders (confirmation, processing, shipping), track inventory, and communicate with customers. We configure automated emails: order confirmation, order shipped, review request.
Your result: You will know how to manage your store like a professional: from receiving an order to a satisfied customer who leaves a review.
Opening the Doors! (The official launch)
Everything is ready. It's time to tell the world you exist.
What we'll do: We go through the pre-launch checklist (30+ items to verify), place a complete test order, prepare a launch plan with a special offer, and announce the store across all channels.
Your result: Project fair! Your store is LIVE, verified, and ready to receive real orders. Congratulations, you are an online entrepreneur!
Intermediate Level - 40 hours
You have a working store and have received your first orders. Now we turn it into a sales machine: more traffic, better conversions, and automated operations. Prerequisite: Beginner Level or an already functional online store.
The Data Detective
You can't improve what you don't measure.
What we'll do: We install and properly configure Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. We learn to read data: where visitors come from, which pages they visit, where they abandon the cart, and which products perform best.
Your result: You will know exactly how many people visit your store, where they come from, what they buy, and where you lose them. Decisions based on data, not guesswork.
SEO for Your Store
80% of online shoppers start with a Google search.
What we'll do: We optimize every product and category page for search engines: SEO titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, optimized images, product schema markup (the stars in Google), and sitemap.
Your result: Your products will start appearing in Google results with images, prices, and review stars.
Google Shopping and Ads
Your products, with image and price, right in front of those who are searching.
What we'll do: We create a Google Merchant Center account, configure the product feed, and launch Google Shopping and Search Ads campaigns. We learn to set the budget, choose keywords, and measure ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Your result: Your products will appear in Google Shopping with images and prices. You will know exactly how much you spend and how much you earn from every dollar invested in ads.
Social Media Ads
Your customers are on social media. Bring your store there.
What we'll do: We install Facebook Pixel, create audiences (lookalike, retargeting), and launch campaigns on Facebook and Instagram with images and video. We learn campaign structure: campaign > ad set > ad and budget optimization.
Your result: You will have active campaigns on Facebook/Instagram that drive visitors and sales, with a tracking pixel that learns who your customers are.
Email Marketing
Acquiring a new customer costs 5 times more than convincing an existing one to return.
What we'll do: We configure Mailchimp or Brevo, create automated sequences: welcome, abandoned cart (recover 15-30% of carts!), post-purchase, reactivation for inactive customers. We learn to write subject lines that get opened.

The Product Page That Sells

What we'll do: We optimize speed: image compression, caching, CDN, choosing a high-performance hosting. We test with Google PageSpeed and fix every issue until we achieve a green score.

Promotions and Coupons
Black Friday, seasonal sales, loyalty coupons - all with strategy.
What we'll do: We create promotional campaigns: discount coupons, buy 2 get 1 free, free shipping above a certain amount, flash deals with a timer. We learn when to offer discounts and when not to (so we don't eat into our margins).
Your result: You will have a promotional calendar and know how to create offers that increase sales without destroying your profit.
Automate Everything
If you do something manually more than 3 times, it should be automated.
What we'll do: We automate everything we can: inventory sync with the supplier, follow-up emails, waybill generation, bulk price updates, weekly automated reports. We use Zapier/Make for integrations between systems.
Your result: Your store will run semi-automatically. You will focus on strategy and growth, not on repetitive tasks.
Advanced Level - 40 hours
You have a profitable store and want to turn it into a scalable business. We learn advanced growth strategies, internationalization, team building, and systems that work without you. Prerequisite: Intermediate Level or a store with consistent sales.
The Boss's Numbers
Revenue doesn't mean profit. Let's see what's left in your pocket.
What we'll do: We build a complete financial dashboard: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), net margin per product, ROAS per channel, break-even point. We learn to make business decisions based on numbers, not "gut feeling."
Your result: You will see exactly how much real profit you generate, which products are worth promoting, and where you're losing money without knowing it.
Advanced CRO
Don't guess what works. Test and let the data speak.
What we'll do: We install A/B testing and heatmap tools (Hotjar, Google Optimize). We test variants of product pages, checkout, banners, and pricing. We learn to interpret results statistically correctly - not fool ourselves with insufficient data.
Your result: You will run A/B tests on your store and increase conversion rate with decisions based on evidence, not opinions.
AI in E-Commerce
Artificial Intelligence isn't just a trend. It's your hardest-working employee.
What we'll do: We integrate an AI chatbot that answers questions about products and recommends items. We use AI for: automatic product description generation, translations, automatic categorization, and personalized recommendations "Customers who bought X also bought Y."
Your result: Your store will have a virtual assistant that helps customers find what they're looking for and increases the average cart value.
Internationalization
Romania has 19 million inhabitants. Europe has 450 million.
What we'll do: We add foreign languages (English, German, French), configure multiple currencies, adapt international shipping, understand intra-community VAT (OSS), and adapt marketing campaigns for new markets.

Supply Chain

What we'll do: We learn advanced inventory management: automatic restocking alerts, direct integrations with suppliers, dropshipping as a complementary model, and WMS (Warehouse Management System) for those with their own warehouse.
